Three-Phase Bridges - IGBT Modules

Three-phase bridge IGBT modules can serve as rectifiers that convert alternating current to direct current or as inverters that convert dc to ac. The modules in Littelfuse’s Six Pack X2PTseries combine second-generation Xtreme light punch through IGBTs with SONIC fast recovery diodes. The advanced insulated gate bipolar transistors limit electromagnetic interference, lower power demands, and reduce thermal resistance. The SONIC diodes ensure soft recovery, which minimizes risks for commutation failures. These IGBT often handle current conversion and switching for electric motors.
  • Collector emitter voltage of 1.2 kV
  • Collector current at 100 ℃ of 120 A to 208 A
  • Short circuit rated for 10 µsec
  • Copper baseplate and internal direct copper bonding
  • Isolation voltages up to 4.4 kV
  • RoHS compliant
  • International standard packages
  • Low operating forward voltage
  • Easy paralleling due to the positive temperature coefficient of the on-state voltage
  • Square reverse bias safety operating area (RBSOA) of twice the collector current
