Connectivity TVS diode arrays are optimized to protect circuits from damage due to transient voltage surges caused by lightning strikes. They also offer general overvoltage protection and protection against surges caused by electrostatic discharges (ESDs) and by turning equipment on and off. Littelfuse makes these lightning protection solutions for automotive (AEC-Q–qualified), broadband, power over ethernet (PoE), medical, and consumer electronics applications. We also offer specially designed connectivity TVS diode arrays with low capacitance ratings and for use with circuits that carry high voltages.
