Automotive - TVS Diode Arrays

Preventing transient voltage surges from damaging electrical systems in commercial and passenger vehicles has always presented a challenge. AEC-Q–qualified automotive TVS diode arrays made by Littelfuse offer cost-effective and highly adaptable solutions. Our TVS diode arrays provide lightning, ESD, and fast transient protection. The devices are PPAP compatible, and we offer unidirectional, bidirectional, single line, multiple line, and low-capacitance (e.g., 0.32 pF) options. All our arrays come in compact packages suitable for mounting on printed circuit boards via pick-and-place assembly.
