MOSFET Modules

MOSFET modules combine fast recovery diodes with metal-oxide–semiconductor field effect transistors. The resulting solid state switches boast low-resistance and excellent dv/dt ruggedness. This makes the devices well-suited to performing high-speed switching operation while generating little noise or heat.
