Hall Effect Sensors

Hall effect sensors use changes in electromagnetic fields to detect the speed, position and direction of moving parts such as wheels, gears, and shafts. The devices can also be used to measure fluid levels by sensing floating actuators. Littelfuse offers Hall effect sensors in flanged, barrel, and rotary designs. We supply each product in a compact package that keeps out moisture and withstands harsh operating conditions.
- Operate with supply voltages from 3.75 V to 24 V
- Supply current requirements below 17 mA
- Maximum high output voltages of 4.6 V
- Internal circuit protection
- Available with analog or digital outputs
- No moving parts and contactless sensing ensure long operational life
