Surface-mount TVS diodes protect semiconductors and other electronic components on PCBs, in data ports, or inside cable connectors from transient voltage surges, ESDs, and EFTs. Littelfuse supplies these overvoltage protection devices in many different types of subminiature packages that are compatible with lead-free soldering processing. The diodes have peak pulse ratings ranging from 200 W at 10/1000µs to 4 kW at 10/1000µs.
