MCS - Motor Control Systems

Use motor control systems (BMS) produced by Littelfuse to preserve starting power and reduce the need to jump-start vehicles. Each MCS combines a voltage current monitor and a shutoff timer in a compact housing. The current monitor shuts down noncritical loads when a user-specified cutoff voltage is reached. The timer stops the flow of current from a battery within minutes of the ignition being switched off. Ideally suited for use in emergency vehicles that must start after sitting parked for long periods, our MCSS can be easily installed in any car or truck.
  • Detect current in a range from 9 V dc to 32 V dc, meaning sensors work equally well in 12 V dc and 24 dc automotive systems
  • Rated at 10 A, meaning sensors can handle multiple loads and drive relays or solenoids with relatively high amperages
  • Ultra-low 1 mA standby current requirements minimize battery drain
  • Operate at temperatures ranging from –40 ℃ to +85 ℃
  • IP67-rated cases for waterproof and dustproof protect electronic components
  • Vibration-proof housings
  • Programmable and available with several presets for voltages to monitor
  • Rated for use over more than 1 million on–off cycles
  • Solid state technologies ensure low maintenance
