Power Stacks

High power stacks from Littelfuse combine and coordinate the operations of diodes, IGBTs, surge protective devices, and fuses. Each sealed and fan- or water-cooled semiconductor assembly contains at least two diodes and two insulated-gate bipolar transistors. Depending on their components and configurations, our power stacks can serve as single-phase, three-phase, or six-phase bridge rectifiers.
