Single switch MOSFET modules can act as ac–dc converters, dc–dc converters, and DC choppers for electric motor drives and switched-mode or resonant mode power supplies. EV makers often use these solid state switches because the metal-oxide–semiconductor field effect transistors are paired with fast diodes that ensure dv/dt ruggedness.
  • Available with drain source voltage ratings from 100 V to 500 V
  • Available with typical current ratings from 41 A to 1.245 kA
  • Very low to low on-state resistance ratings from 1.35 mΩ to 3.80 mΩ
  • Isolation voltage ratings of at least 2.5 kVrms
