Three-phase rectifier bridges made by Littelfuse subsidiary IXYS offer superior temperature and power cycling capabilities. The diode modules also produce very low forward voltage drops and very low leakage currents. These characteristics make three phase rectifier bridges highly efficient solid state switches for dc motors, dc power supplies, and pulse width modulation applications.

  • Average forward current (Ifav) ratings of 850 A or 1.9 kA
  • Bridge output currents (Idav) of 120 A or 300 A
  • Junction-to-case thermal resistance (Rthjc) ratings of 0.17 K/W or 0.65 K/W
