SiCMOSFET & IGBT Driver ICs

SiC MOSFET and IGBT driver ICs control the operations of solid state switches. The integrated circuits Littelfuse makes for these purposes specifically drive low side switches that shunt voltage surges to ground. The drivers often pair with silicon carbide metal-oxide–semiconductor field effect transistors and insulated-gate bipolar transistors that serve on-board battery chargers, dc–dc converters, and motor controllers. One of our driver ICs is AEC-Q100-qualified for use in automobiles and EVs.
