The HPDM Series 70 V Max 600 A 2-Pole MEGA® Fuse Power Distribution Module is a heavy-duty fuse box designed for OEM and aftermarket applications in heavy trucks, tractor-trailers, and agricultural and construction equipment.
When connected to a vehicle’s electrical system, it provides two high-current MEGA® fuse-protected circuit outputs as well as an unfused output that can optionally be used to parallel multiple power distribution modules or deliver power to circuits that do not require circuit protection.
A separate fuse compartment provides a seal that protects the fuses and their terminations from harsh environments. This allows for permanent cable connections that can be dielectrically sprayed without affecting the fuses.
- Custom insert-molded studs for cable terminations and MEGA® fuse
- Designed to minimize bridging corrosion between positive live metal surfaces and potentially grounded assembly hardware or mounting surfaces
- Metal inserts at the mounting holes allow for an increased assembly torque without distorting the base material
- Unfused terminal for optional daisy chaining multiple power distribution modules or providing power to circuits that cannot be fused
- AssureLatch™ Technology positive-sealing latches keep the MEGA® fuse holder cover securely in place while allowing for fast service
- Cover label recess allows optional addition of application-specific labels to the heavy-duty fuse box per end-customer requirement
