High-speed data cables, telecommunication circuits, touchscreens, and audio and video ports require protection from transient voltage surges, electrostatic discharges (ESDs), and other overvoltage events. The devices that provide this protection must work without distorting incoming and outgoing signals. Littelfuse offers ideal solutions in the form of low-capacitance and ultra-low–capacitance TVS diode arrays. Available in many sizes and shapes, and with unidirectional or bidirectional performances, these devices have capacitance ratings from 0.13 pF to 1 pF. Several are AEC-Q–qualified for automotive applications.
