Use general purpose, low-capacitance, and ultra-low–capacitance TVS diode arrays to protect personnel, patients, and sensitive electronic equipment in medical and industrial settings. Littelfuse offers more than a hundred types of TVS diode arrays in miniature and subminiature packages. Our transient voltage surge suppressors withstand repeated electrostatic discharges, lightning strikes, and overvoltage events during start up and shut down of up to 30 kV. Each device functions without introducing excess noise into circuits, and several of our TVS diodes arrays also provide EFT and supplemental overcurrent protection.
