Littelfuse maintains a large portfolio of general purpose TVS diode arrays that meet international standards for preventing damage from transient voltage surges, electronic fast transients, and other overvoltage events. We offer unidirectional and bidirectional devices, and many of our general purpose TVS diode arrays are AEC-Q–qualified for use in automotive applications. We also provide devices with ultra-low capacitance ratings and devices optimized for use with circuits that carry high voltages.
