High-Voltage Analog Switch ICs
High voltage analog switch integrated circuits (ICs) serve as solid state relays and current-limiting devices. They also provide overvoltage protection and enable users to lock out electronic components. The devices most often handle high-frequency switching for ultrasonic transducers, battery chargers, and automatic test equipment. Littelfuse makes two compact analog switch ICs. Our Dual-T devices combine two switches, and our Quad devices combine four switches. Both configurations employ monolithic silicon-on-insulator design to galvanically isolate the switches and allow them to operate independently.
