Solid-state PolySwitch® PPTC bladed devices are resettable fuses. They act like resistors, lowering the flow of current as they heat up in response to an overcurrent. Once the overcurrent abates and the temperature of the PolySwitch fuse lowers, current resumes flowing. The small size and high reliability of these bladed resettable fuses make them ideal for protecting thin wires connected to micro motors for power windows, power mirrors, sunroofs and seat controls where fuse boxes are impractical.
  • Rated at 14 V dc or 16 V dc and 100 A
  • Maximum time to trip of 8 s to 13 s
  • Tin-plated H65 brass terminals and PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) insulators
  • UL 94 flammability rating 0f V-0

  • ELV compliant
  • Certified lead-free and RoHS compliant
  • Designed for serial placement along wiring harnesses, reducing need for fuse boxes
