昇圧チョッパは、回路を流れる電流を方向転換すると同時に、電圧を上昇(昇圧)させます。リテルヒューズの子会社である IXYS は、数種類のトレンチおよび超軽量パンチスルー(XPT)構成の IGBT モジュールを製造しています。各ソリッドステートスイッチは、MOSFETゲート制御構造とBJTの高電流・低飽和電圧特性により、高速スイッチングを高効率で実現しています。当社の昇圧チョッパは、AC モータードライブ、力率補正回路、インバータ、無停電電源装置での使用に適しています。また、ACモーターブレーキとしても使用できます。
  • Collector–emitter voltage (Vces) ratings from 1.2 V to 1.7 V
  • Collector–emitter saturation voltage ratings when operating at 25 ℃ (Vce[sat] at 25 ℃) between 1.7 A and 2 A
