LS1205Eの内蔵負荷スイッチにより、電力システムを保護します。外付けコンポーネントを少なくし、複数の保護モードを備えています。過負荷、短絡、入力電圧サージ、過大な突入電流に対する堅牢な保護機能を備えています。スイッチの RDS(ON)が低いため、正常に動作している時に電力損失を抑えることができます。外部抵抗器で電流制限値を設定します。内部のクランプ回路経由で入力過電圧から保護し、安全な出力電圧にします。プログラム可能なソフトスタートにより、プラグイン時に出力電圧のスルーレートを制御して突入電流を制限します。サーマルフォールドバック機能を備え、過熱による遮断から保護します。ロープロファイル10リードDFN3mm x 3mmのパッケージに対応。
