Bidirectional XTREME-GUARD® ESD suppressors protect sensitive electronics from damage due to electrostatic discharges and transient voltage surges caused by handling, start-up, shut down, and lightning strikes. Proven to withstand ESDs of up to 30 kV from contact or through the air, the surface mount devices are also capable of handling a thousand voltage surges per minute. The ESD protection devices boast ultra-low capacitance, meaning they introduce no noise into circuits. Their small size makes XTREME-GUARD ESD suppressors good choices for smartphones, notebook computers, and wearable devices.
