Power Converter Unidirectional
Unidirectional dc–dc power converters protect EV batteries and fast dc charger circuits by ensuring direct current flows only one way. The SiC MOSFETs Littelfuse makes for this purpose also boost charging efficiency by delivering maximum voltage to electric vehicles. Additionally, our diodes, thyristors, and sensors optimize the performance of our metal-oxide–silicon field effect transistors.
