MOSFETs and NTC thermistors from Littelfuse help optimize the performance of brushless dc (BLDC) motors in cordless power tools. A block diagram shows how our solid state switches and temperature sensors fit into BLDC motor circuitry. We also provide high-voltage fuses for overcurrent protection, TVS diode arrays for overvoltage protection, and reed switches to engage and disconnect components.
