58V 250A Hard-Wired Waterproof DC Power Distribution Box for MINI Fuses, Circuit Breakers & Relays
Simple to install virtually anywhere on a vehicle, the HWB60 Series Hard-Wired Waterproof DC Power Distribution Box for MINI® Fuses, Circuit Breakers, and Relays is a compact module that's ideal for accessory circuits or overflow circuits from a main power distribution module (PDM) or for use as a main PDM on small vehicles.
Accepting MINI® fuses, MINI® circuit breakers, MCASE™ fuses (adapter required; sold separately), diodes, and ISO 280-style relays, including 4-pin single-throw relays and 5-pin double-throw relays, this hard-wired PDM allows you to customize your own circuitry utilizing direct wire-to-component connections. Terminal position assurance (TPA) locks offer secondary protection to keep the wires in place. The HWB60 series uses Delphi Metri-Pack 280 terminals, cable seals, and cavity plugs (not included).
A thermoplastic cover with a gasket completes this dust-tight, waterproof power distribution box that carries an IP67/IP69K rating. An available tether (not included) helps prevent loss of the cover during service.
- Holds 30 MINI® fuses or a combination of MINI® fuses, MINI® circuit breakers, MCASE™ fuses (adapter required; sold separately), and ISO 280 relays
- Maximum total continuous current rating of 250 A
- No internal bussing allows customization of circuitry with direct wire-to-component connections using tanged terminals
- IP67, IP69K sealed waterproof power distribution block can be installed virtually anywhere on the vehicle and stand up to road splash and salt spray
- Terminal position assurance (TPA) locks help prevent disconnection of wires due to vibration and accidental snagging
- Dovetail feature enables circuit protection expansion with multiple HWB60 units or other compatible interlocking PDMs and fuse holders
- Thermoplastic base and cover with a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating
